We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our wedding weekend. If you plan to stay for multiple nights, please book each night separately using the website provided. The hotel staff will link the reservations together so you’ll stay in the same room. The deadline to reserve a room is May 12.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony? Guests should arrive promptly at 5:00 pm. The ceremony will be the first event and will begin no later than 5:30 pm. What is the dress code? Formal or Black-Tie Optional. Guests can wear a formal suit, dress shirt, pants, and tie or floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors? Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. In case of rain, the wedding will be entirely inside. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. Is there parking available at the wedding venue? Free parking will be available at the wedding venue. Can I bring my kids? To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know? Please let us know when you RSVP on our website. Where can I select my main course option for dinner? You can choose your main course during the wedding, so no need to choose months ahead of time! Will there be an open bar? Yes! There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests? Yes! The Accommodations section on our wedding website is coming soon. What's the best way to RSVP? You can RSVP for yourself and your party on our website. Do you have a wedding registry? The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon or future home.
